At this time, DocuProp is also in a period of mourning, following the recent passing of ESV Festus Obayiuwana FNIVS, the beloved father of our founder. The celebration of his life coincides with the week of the NIESV conference. We appreciate the support and understanding of our community during this time.

DocuProp Makes a Grand Debut in Benin City!
Our pre-launch of DocuProp made a vibrant splash at the 54th Annual Conference of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) in Benin City — and we certainly made our presence known!
Guests flocked to our booth, enjoying complimentary refreshments like bottled water, fruits, chocolates, and soft drinks. Freebies included pop sockets and light-up chargers.
At the FIABCI lunch, we kept spirits high with surprise gifts, and our daily raffle draws added more excitement — with 17 designer perfumes given away! One student even won on their birthday!
